On most products that have not been opened our policy can last up to 15 days. Unfortunately, we cannot return your purchase if more than 15 days have passed. Your item must not be used and in the same exact state as you received it to be eligible for a return. We require you send us proof of purchase to complete your return.

Once your return has been collected and checked, we will notify you via email that your returned item has been received. We will too inform you whether your item has been approved or not for your refund. Please be aware, there are nor refunds on wholesale orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please check your bank statement before letting us know whether or not you have received a refund. Then get in touch with your credit card company, in some cases, it may take some time before you can officially see your refund. Following that, reach out to your bank. If the item was labeled as a gift when bought and sent straight to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your gifted return. Once the product that has been returned is received, we will mail you the gift certificate.

If the item you have was a gift but was not labeled as such when purchased, or the giver bought it to give you as a gift, we will send a refund to the one who purchased the item and they will find out about the return.
